TellerQ - biometric cash drawer access TellerQ is a biometric software system designed for biometrically managing who can unlock latched enclosures according to a specific schedule and a specific authorization level.

Possible applications for TellerQ include:
  • Under-counter cash drawers at banks and credit unions.
  • Filing cabinets with medical patient files
  • Pharmaceutical cabinets

Whether it is installed to protect a single latched enclosure or for securing dozens of drawers and cabinets at a facility, TellerQ brings fingerprint biometrics and the problem of controlled access together to provide a solution which simplifies audit trails, minimizes expenses, and reduces the effort required for managing constantly changing schedules.

TellerQ Management Console

Benefits
Increase company security by utilizing biometrics for controlling access to specific latched enclosures.
Decrease the opportunity for theft by utilizing a fingerprint for access versus a key which can be lost or stolen.
Audit logs can be immediately generated for speedy reports including who accessed which enclosures at what times.
Responsibility for an enclosure(s) can be assigned to a fingerprint from a single individual, to a fingerprint from any one of a group of individuals, or to two or more fingerprints - one from each individual, providing dual-access.
Save time and money because there is no need to re-key enclosures in the event of an employee dismissal or a lost key. Fingerprints are the "key".
Easy for employees to use: simply walk up to the enclosure and place a finger on the reader. If authorized, the lock will open instantly. An employee does not interface with the software.
Features
Scheduling System With a one time enrollment, an employee can be scheduled for weeks and days in advance of accessing specific enclosures at very specific times. For instance; John Smith has access to cash drawer number 1 from 8:30 to 4:30 every Monday. On Tuesday's during the same time, he has access only to cash drawer number 2.
Easy Management of Fingerprint Profiles When an employee leaves or changes an authorization level, the change can be made at a single place in the management console with a single keystroke.
Audit Trail A fingerprint identification audit trail will give you irrefutable access times including failed attempts. Prove who accessed or attempted to access which enclosures and at what times.
Color Coded Scheduler If the schedule has employees that overlap times with access rights to specific latched enclosures, a color coded system makes that apparent so manager are alerted to scheduling mistakes.
Dual Access Control Ability to require two or more individuals to be present (a fingerprint from each individual) in order to access a single drawer or enclosure.
