Meet the management team behind US Biometrics.
David Delgrosso, President
David Delgrosso has more than 15 years of operational and sales management experience with high-technology startup companies. His expertise includes new business development and growth strategy.
Mr. Delgrosso has successfully negotiated a number of joint ventures and business partnerships with leaders in the biometric industry. Mr. Delgrosso holds a degree in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University and has completed post-graduate work at North Central College.
Fraser Orr, Chief Technical Officer
Over the past 20 years, Fraser Orr has developed software for a range of industries including telecommunications, printing, healthcare, finance and the military. In addition to system design, he is also an experienced manager, working closely with customers to deliver appropriate solutions and with development staff to enhance their skills. During his career he has designed systems for Axon Networks, Baxter Healthcare, Bell Northern Research, Lucent Technologies, Sun Microsystems, United Airlines, multiple municipal governments and others.
Mr. Orr holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Computer Science from the University of Glasgow. He has also done post-graduate work analyzing software user interfaces.
Kelly Shoemaker, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Kelly Shoemaker began his high-technology sales and marketing career in 1985 in the factory automation field at General Electric and Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley Co.). Over the past several years, he has held sales and marketing positions at Lucent Technologies, Visual Insights, Inc., Worldweb.net and GlobalSight Corporation. All companies are involved in providing leading-edge software technology to Fortune 1000 businesses.
Mr. Shoemaker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in International Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi .
